Our shoes are handcrafted in Almansa, Spain, a city renowned for its shoemaking tradition dating back to the 19th century. Almansa is known for the excellence of its craftsmanship and is home to workshops chosen by some of the world’s leading brands. By choosing Sole Élitaire, you support a centuries-old artisanal tradition and receive a product of superior quality.

⁠Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide, and shipping is free. However, if you live in a country where import duties or taxes apply, such as the UAE or Mexico, these costs will be the responsibility of the customer. These charges are standard for all international brands. We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an order.

How can I create and order my shoes on Sole Élitaire?

All our shoes are made to order, following the customizations you choose through our 3D platform. For your first order, our team will provide you with dedicated support and guidance to ensure everything is perfect. Once confirmed, the order enters production, which takes approximately 3-4 weeks.

⁠How long does it take to receive my shoes?

Artisanal production takes an average of 3-4 weeks. Once completed, the shoes are shipped, and delivery times vary depending on your location, typically between 2 to 5 business days. Customs delays may impact delivery times.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, the order enters production, and additional costs may apply for materials and labor already used.

⁠What happens if the shoes do not match my specifications?

If the shoes have a manufacturing defect or do not match the specifications of your order, you can report the issue within 10 days of delivery. Contact us through the Contact Us section, providing photos or videos of the problem, and we will work to find a solution, such as repair or replacement.

⁠Can I return the shoes if they don’t fit?

Since our shoes are made to order and customized, we do not accept returns for fit or size-related issues. We recommend consulting our size guide and contacting us for any questions before placing your order.
